Rights to Participate
The tournament is open for all chess players, who confirmed their registration before 21-st July 2023
Competition System
The tournament will be played according to the FIDE rules of chess, Swiss system in 9 rounds, valid for achieving of IM and GM norms
Rate of Play
The rate of play is 90 minutes per player, with an increment of 30 seconds for each move played, starting from the first.
